I'm Nguyễn Khanh Huy, a software engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. My engineering approach is grounded in ownership and evidence: I own APIs, UI, database models, and deployment.
I specialize in backend and full-stack development using TypeScript, Node.js, Express, FastAPI, and MongoDB. When integrating AI, I treat models as constrained, non-deterministic components that require rigid boundaries: deterministic retrieval (FAISS RAG), isolated services, and explicit failure when context is absent — not unchecked chat completions.
I engineered D-CERT as my Capstone Graduation Thesis at DUT, building separate Web2/Web3 and FastAPI RAG microservices for diploma verification. I also shipped Tarotica to production on DigitalOcean (now offline), where I owned the production deployment, secrets management, and Gemini API streaming under real user traffic.
